Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
CallMeByZach is run by Zach through Zolte LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what information I collect on callmebyzach.com and through automated replies on my social accounts, why, who helps me process it, and the choices you have. Questions go to zach@callmebyzach.com.
What I collect
- When you sign up for a free guide or updates: your first name and email address, plus the page you signed up on, the site or link that referred you, and any campaign tags in that link (for example, which video sent you).
- When you send a Creator OS inquiry: your name, email address, a link to your channel or site, and your answers about what you sell and what isn’t working. I use them to reply to you. You’re only added to my email list if you tick the optional box.
- When you buy something: your name, email address and purchase details. Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
- When you complete the Passport Stamped check-in after buying: your first and last name, email address, the Passport Stamped tier you bought, your answers (passport status, international travel experience, destinations you’re interested in, trip budget, travel timeline, what’s stopping you from booking, what success looks like and, for First Class, what you’d like my help with) and when you completed the check-in. They’re saved in Kit, an email service, with tags for the program, the founding cohort, check-in completion and your tier.
- When you use the customer Library: your email address, to send you a sign-in link, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to seven days.
- When you browse: Google Analytics records pages viewed, buttons clicked and form interactions, along with general device, browser and approximate location information. The site also saves a small note in your browser about how you first arrived (kept up to 90 days) so I can tell which content brings people here.
- When you comment on or message my Instagram or Facebook accounts with a keyword (for example “TRAVEL”): Meta sends me the comment or message so I can reply with the resource you asked for. I keep the platform’s ID for your account (and, for Instagram comments, your username), the post you commented on, the keyword you used and whether my reply was sent. I don’t keep the text of your comment or message. This information is deleted after 30 days; daily totals with no personal information are kept longer. Commenting or messaging does not add you to my email list. You’re only added if you enter your email on my website and agree to it.
- For security: a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address is saved with a counter to limit repeated form submissions, sign-in attempts and purchase checks. It’s only used within a window of a few minutes, but these counters aren’t deleted automatically yet.
Google Analytics never receives your name, email address or anything you type into a form.
How I use it
- To send the guide or product you asked for, and to give you access to purchases.
- To send my email list, if you joined it. Every list email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages, videos and offers are useful, and to fix problems with the site.
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
I don’t sell your personal information, and I don’t share it with advertisers.
Who helps me
These services process information on my behalf, under their own privacy terms:
- Systeme.io: my email list and email delivery.
- Kit: stores the Passport Stamped check-in.
- Stripe: payments.
- Netlify: website hosting, forms processing and secure storage of signup, inquiry and access records.
- Resend: sign-in and access emails for the customer Library, and the notification I receive when you send a Creator OS inquiry.
- Google Calendar: scheduling paid consultations, including your name, email address and chosen time.
- Google Analytics: website analytics.
- Meta (Instagram and Facebook): delivers comments and messages to me and sends my automated replies.
I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep signup, inquiry and purchase records until you ask me to delete them, and longer only where tax, accounting or legal reasons require it. Unsubscribing stops my list emails but doesn’t delete these records automatically yet. Your Passport Stamped check-in stays in Kit until you ask me to delete it. Sign-in links expire after 24 hours. Records of automated Instagram and Facebook replies are kept for 30 days. If you ask me to delete your information, I’ll delete it unless I’m required to keep it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from my email list at any time with the link at the bottom of any list email.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing zach@callmebyzach.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and I’ll honor requests made under them.
- Automated replies: you’ll only get an automated reply after you comment or message a keyword: one private message per comment, and sometimes a short public reply under your comment letting you know it was sent. To ask me to delete what I hold about your Instagram or Facebook account, email zach@callmebyzach.com with your username and roughly when you commented or messaged, or message the account and ask. I’ll delete it within 30 days. You can also block or mute the account in the Instagram or Facebook app at any time.
- Limit analytics by blocking cookies or using a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics. The site still works.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email me and I’ll remove it.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
