Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
CallMeByZach (callmebyzach.com, the “Site”) is run by Zach through Zolte LLC, a limited liability company based in Denver, Colorado (“I,” “me,” “we” or “us”). These terms cover your use of the Site, its free resources, the guides and services you buy here, and Creator OS. By using the Site, signing up, or buying something, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site
The Site isn’t directed to children. You must be at least 13 to sign up for anything, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy something or start a subscription.
2. Accounts and sign-in
Some parts of the Site, like the customer Library and Creator OS, use an email sign-in link or an invitation. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can open your sign-in links can open your account. Give accurate information, and tell me at zach@callmebyzach.com if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Purchases, prices and refunds
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on each product page. Taxes may be added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Each product page states its own refund terms or guarantee, and those terms apply to that product. For example, the digital travel guides are final sale, and some coaching and done-for-you services include a written guarantee.
- Digital guides and downloads are licensed to you for your own personal use. Please don’t resell, share or republish them.
- If something you bought doesn’t work or doesn’t arrive, email me and I’ll look into it.
4. Subscriptions and free trials
Some offers, such as Creator OS, are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Before you pay, the offer page and checkout show the price, how often you’re charged, when the first charge happens (including when a free trial ends) and how to cancel. Those billing terms are part of these terms.
- Automatic renewal: your payment method is charged each billing period until you cancel.
- Free trials: if you cancel before the trial ends, you aren’t charged.
- Cancelling: you can cancel anytime by emailing zach@callmebyzach.com, or online wherever a self-serve billing link is offered. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Price changes: I’ll email you before any price increase on your subscription takes effect, so you can cancel first.
- Payments already made aren’t refunded unless the offer page or the law says otherwise.
5. Free resources and email
When you sign up for a free guide, webinar or update, you’ll get what you asked for and join my email list. Every list email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. How I handle your information is in the Privacy Policy.
6. Travel, money and AI information
Guides, videos, checklists and other content share my own experiences and research. They are general information, not professional travel, financial, legal, tax, immigration or medical advice. Prices, card terms, entry rules and safety conditions change. Always check with the official source (airline, card issuer, embassy or government) before you book, apply or travel. Results such as upgrades, points earned, followers or sales are never guaranteed.
7. Creator OS and content you add
If you use Creator OS (including link pages and Instagram comment-to-DM automation), you’re responsible for what you publish and send through it and for following Instagram’s and Meta’s rules. Only add content you own or have permission to use. You keep ownership of your content and give Zolte LLC permission to host, display and send it as needed to run the service for you. I may remove content or pause an account that breaks the law, these terms or a platform’s rules. How Creator OS handles follower data is described in the Creator OS privacy policy.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Site or on a Creator OS page uses your copyrighted work without permission, email zach@callmebyzach.com with: the work you own, where it appears on the Site (the link), your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. I’ll review it and remove material that infringes. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be closed.
9. What’s mine
The Site’s text, photos, videos, guides, designs and the CallMeByZach name belong to Zolte LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site and use what you buy for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or republish it without written permission.
10. Things not to do
- Break the law or anyone else’s rights through the Site.
- Try to access accounts, data or parts of the Site you aren’t allowed to, or interfere with how it runs.
- Scrape, copy or resell the Site’s content or paid materials.
- Send spam or misuse sign-up forms.
11. Other services
The Site links to and works with other services, like Stripe, Instagram, Google Meet and Calendly. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and I’m not responsible for them.
12. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ZOLTE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING HERE LIMITS RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS THAT CAN’T BE WAIVED.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ZOLTE LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ZOLTE LLC IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Zolte LLC because of content you published through Creator OS or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
15. Ending access
You can stop using the Site at any time. I may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 12 to 17 continue to apply after that.
16. Disputes
Before bringing any claim, please email zach@callmebyzach.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. If you live somewhere whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim locally, those rights still apply.
17. Changes and general terms
I may update these terms. When I do, I’ll change the effective date at the top, and for material changes that affect a paid subscription I’ll email subscribers. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Creator OS privacy policy and the terms on each offer page are the full agreement between us about the Site.
California residents
