Questions people ask
What should I bring?
One main question or challenge, a link to your site or socials if you have one, and a rough list of the tools you use now. If it helps, have an example ready to show, like a post, a sign-up page or a workflow.
Do I need to know AI or code?
No. We talk in plain language about work you already do. New to AI is fine.
How is this different from Creator OS?
This is standalone advice: one paid 45-minute session. Creator OS is a separate, hands-on setup inside your own accounts. Founding member enrollment opens to its waitlist first, and you don’t need to book this session before joining.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions are nonrefundable, and no-shows forfeit the session. If I need to cancel, I’ll rebook you right away.
What if I arrive late or have technical trouble?
Please join on time. If you arrive late, we’ll use the time remaining in your scheduled 45 minutes. If a significant technical issue outside either person’s control prevents the session, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.
Will I get anything after the call?
Yes. Within 24 hours, I’ll email you a short written recap with the main decision and three prioritized actions. Hands-on implementation is not included.
What if I pay and the calendar doesn’t open?
Your payment is safe. Email zach@callmebyzach.com with the email you paid with, and I’ll send your scheduling link.
How do time zones work?
Times are shown and confirmed in your own time zone, so there’s nothing to convert.
